Process

Renovations and other major projects
  1. When you visit our showroom, we give you a rough estimate based on the drawings provided by you and description of the work you need done.
  1. If you decide to go ahead, we schedule an appointment for a site visit. Site visits for major renovations such as bathrooms are free.  For kitchen measurements we charge $100.00, for which you receive a credit if you decide to go ahead with us.
  1. During the site visit, the project manager takes measurements of the space, and gives you any suggestions.  He then sketches a layout, which will be used later in the design preparation.
  1. The second appointment takes place in the showroom, where you meet with our designer who helps you to create a design.  We use high quality design software to help you to visualize your new project.
  1. Once you are satisfied with your design, we will provide you with the price of your project.  Not like other companies, our employees do not work on commission, so there is no pressure to sell. If you want to make any changes, please come back and we will be more than happy to assist you.
  1. If you decide to proceed, we draft a Contract, with a detailed job description and payment schedule.  When you come in to sign the contract, a deposit will be required (deposit will vary with the price of the project) so we can start placing orders.
